December Art Stars

Every month students' artwork will be selected to hang in the school's main office, conference room, and the library.  The artwork is selected based on the student's creativity, craftsmanship, and work ethic.  Here are our December Art Stars....

2nd Grade Art Show

For the 2nd Grade Art Show this year I chose to have an opening reception.  This allowed parents and their child to interact and discuss the artwork and view our digital artwork on the big screen.  I really enjoyed the evening myself, because I am usually in my room teaching while the Art Show is on display for parents.  I will be expanding this idea in the spring when I will host the 1st Grade and Kindergarten Art Shows.
